Hi! I'm Giorgia, a 2nd year English student at St Hilda's, and I'm the ORS secretary for this year! I love the spirit of this soc and the way it's trying to build up a strong student music community in Oxford, so am v excited to be part of the team :)
My life has always revolved around music, but my favourite thing has to be the live performance scene (whether it's me on stage, or if I'm watching someone else). My Spotify wrapped was basically all indie artists, but if I had to meet just one, I'd choose Florence Welch in a heartbeat. I'm singing constantly, play just about enough piano to get by, and am very unsuccessfully trying to teach myself guitar!

I was a pretty record-obsessed teenager, whether that be constantly booking artist gigs for local pubs and clubs, making DJ sets for friends’ parties, or listening to niche radio shows – I would love to foster a tight-knit musical community in Oxford and help create a successful student record label that represents the very best of Ox!!
